Onboarding Employees

💻 Recruit/Onboard > Onboarding Employees

Setup

1. Add Employee to Onboarding

  • Go to the Add Employee Tab
  • Fill out the employee details to start the onboarding process (First Name, Surname, Email, etc.)
  • Select the Onboarding Steps to Complete (hold down Ctrl/Command ⌘ to select multiple steps)
  • Enter any notes/comments
  • Click Add Employee

2. Send Onboarding Form to Employee

  • Click on the Action menu next to the candidate
  • Select Send Onboarding Email
  • Enter any custom message you would like included with the self-setup link
  • Click Send Onboarding Email

3. Update Progress

💡 Some steps will be completed automatically based on user input

  • Click on the employee's name
  • Select the status for the steps you want to update
  • Click Update Progress

4. Create Staff Profile

  1. Click on the Action menu next to the candidate and select Create Profile
  2. Complete staff profile (fill in all required fields)
  3. Send an app invite
