Onboarding Employees
💻 Recruit/Onboard > Onboarding Employees
Setup
1. Add Employee to Onboarding
- Go to the Add Employee Tab
- Fill out the employee details to start the onboarding process (First Name, Surname, Email, etc.)
- Select the Onboarding Steps to Complete (hold down Ctrl/Command ⌘ to select multiple steps)
- Enter any notes/comments
- Click Add Employee
2. Send Onboarding Form to Employee
- Click on the Action menu next to the candidate
- Select Send Onboarding Email
- Enter any custom message you would like included with the self-setup link
- Click Send Onboarding Email

3. Update Progress
💡 Some steps will be completed automatically based on user input
- Click on the employee's name
- Select the status for the steps you want to update
- Click Update Progress

4. Create Staff Profile
- Click on the Action menu next to the candidate and select Create Profile
- Complete staff profile (fill in all required fields)
- Send an app invite
