Adding Candidates
Candidates can apply using an online form that can be added to your website and/or sent out via email.
- Click on the clipboard icon to copy your custom URL

You can also manually add records with as little as the candidate's name.
Tracking Notes & Comments
Applicant Notes/Comments (column)
The text in the Notes/Comments column is a single paragraph text field that can be filled out by the applicant when submitting the web form, or by a recruitment manager when manually adding a candidate. This text field can be edited, but no audit history is kept of past versions. It is ideal for a brief description 'about' the applicant and why they are applying for the position.

Additional Notes/Comments (icon)
The blue note icon to the right of the Notes/Comments can be used to store multiple comments and progress notes that are timestamped with the name of the person who recorded them.Â

Edit/Update
To edit a record, click on the Green button on the right side of the page to update any of the Candidate fields. This includes:

- Add to Mailchimp - if you have an integrated account, you can use it to send out email campaigns and newsletters to your subscribers
