Adding Workplace Documents
Workplace documents can be used to upload documents that staff may need to access as part of their employment. These might range from company policies to workplace guides and resources. Each record can be split into folders, including notes/comments, expiry date, and attach an image or PDF. Each record can also be made private to one or more staff, meaning only staff members who are tagged can view and acknowledge the document.
Questions/Quiz
Questions will help enforce the user's understanding of the document and that they have not just ticked it without reading it. A Yes/No option will appear after each question when the document is acknowledged in the App. A comment field will also be automatically added to the end of the quiz, should you wish to make your last question open-ended. You can add up to 5 Yes/No questions for each document.
Viewing & Acknowledging Workplace Documents
In the Web Portal 💻
Documents can be viewed from the web portal by navigating to the Workplace Documents section and clicking the document Icon to view.
- Click on the Action menu, then select Read Acknowledgement to show you have read it.

In the App 📱
- Go to Workplace Documents from the menu
- Select a document to view
- PDF documents can be read in the app by scrolling through the pages
- Use the tick icon in the top right corner to acknowledge you have read and understood the document
- This is where you can also answer the document quiz or add comments, feedback and/or questions
- Press the tick icon again to submit your answers
- Use the speech bubble icon to send comments, feedback and/or questions without marking the document as read
