Adding Assets
- Click + Add to Registry (tab)
- Enter the asset name, category and any other information you wish to record
- You can also include an image of the asset (PNG or JPEG)
- Click Add to Asset Registry
Once a record is added, you can view it in the Asset Registry Listing tab. This list can be filtered by Status, Staff (allocated), and/or Categories.
Here you can edit or delete the assets. Please note that deleting an asset will permanently remove it from the system and it cannot be retrieved. To remove an asset without deleting it, change the status to Archived or Sold.
Importing Assets
- Download the CSV template and remove the example entries
- Enter all details and save the file (Note: Make sure your exported CSV file has Tab Delimited separators)
Assigning Assets
- Find the asset in the Registry Listing
- Click the green Edit button
- Select the staff in the field 'Allocated to Staff' (multiple staff can be selected)
- Update Asset
Accepting Asset Assignments (Staff 📱)
Once an asset has been allocated, the employee can view it from the app by going to Asset Registry in the main menu.

Once an employee is has signed for an asset, you will see the signed icon appear in the Asset Registry Log
