To complete checklists:

PurposeĀ
Checklists are a great way to ensure consistency and compliance are maintained for everyday and repetitive tasks that can be assigned to one or more people and completed daily, weekly, monthly, or custom periods.Ā
Some examples of checklists might be;
- Cleaning checklist
- Daily tasks
- Lock-up
Adding Checklists
Step 1. Add Checklist:
1. Enter the name of the Checklist
2. All Checklists will default to daily unless you select otherwise (options below)
- Weekly - Select one day of the week that it will appear
- Monthly - Select either 1. Start of the Month / 2. Mid Month / 3. End of the Month
- Custom - Ability to Select 5 dates from a calendar - great for Quarterly or eg. 2nd Tuesday of Month
- Continuous - Checklist will be continuously filled in between two set dates of your choosing
3. Enter Due Time - this is an alert to tell you if the checklist is overdue!
4. Assign Staff - Select which staff will be able to see the checklist. Leave this empty if you want everyone to be able to see and complete the checklist.
5. Send Notification - Check the box for assigned staff (and staff tagged below the checkbox) to receive a notification when the checklist is due
6. Email - Confirmation will be sent to these address(es) when the checklist is completed (separate multiple email addresses with a comma and a space)
7. Click 'Add Checklist'
Step 2. Add Checklist Items:
1. Select the Checklist you are adding the items too
2.Ā Enter the name of the Checklist Item
3. Select from Answer Types:
- Yes/No - this is presented as a checkbox in the app
- Free Text - option to answer with alphanumeric text
- Both Yes/No & Free Text - checkbox AND text to respond to Item
- Heading (Divider) - Enter a title to separate the checklist into segments
4. Select the day(s) that the question will appear - this enables you to have one form with different questions depending on the day of the week
5. Select item weight - e.g. how important is this item?Ā 1 is low & 10 is very high
6. Click 'Add Checklist Item'
Step 3: View & Reorder Checklists:
Select the Checklist from the list, all Items will then appear below.
- Reorder - Drag and drop different items to reorder them
- Edit - Click on the blue pencil icon beside an item to edit
- Delete - Click on Red X to delete an item
Push to the app
Checklists will appear on the App the next day automatically. However, if you want to Push a Checklist out straight away you can manually do this via the Push to App button.
This will only work if the form responses haven't already been submitted.
Replicate Checklists
1. Use the drop-down to select the checklist you want to Replicate
2. Enter the name of the new checklist you are creating
3. Click on Replicate Checklist
Manage Existing Checklists
All of your checklists will appear under the 'Current Checklists' heading and coloured based on their status (Active - Green / Hibernate - Orange) along with the checklist name and due-by time.
Click on any of the checklists here to edit/update the checklist details and manage questions.

View Submitted Checklists
Once checklists have been submitted, you can check the results by going toĀ WorkplaceĀ > Checklists > Checklist Reports
