Employment Hero Payroll
Getting Started
If you are new to erly and starting with a new Employment Hero Payroll file, then you will want to familiarise yourself with the EH Payroll platform by reading their Getting Started with Employment Hero Payroll guide.
Please note that some of these steps may have already been completed for you, and if you have any questions, you should reach out to erly support for assistance (not Employment Hero).
Employee Payroll Details
1. Add employees to the payroll module (EH Payroll)
Set up your employees by entering them in erly. Once the employee profile contains the required details, it will create the payroll profile and automatically generate the Employee Code in the Employment Details tab of their profile.
- First Name
- Surname
- DOB
- Position/Title (click the + icon to update position details)
- Employment Type
- Employment Commencement Date
- Pay Schedule
- Hourly Rate
- Rate Type
- Avg. Hours per Week
- TFN
💡 Employees can also be imported into the Payroll module directly using a file, then used to create their profile in erly (setup only).
- Contact support to trigger this process
2. Complete Setup Wizard in EH Payroll
- Go to Payroll > Manage Payroll (employmenthero)
- Click on the employee's name or the edit icon next to it (profiles will have an Incomplete tag)

Note: The self-service option in this part of the setup is to give them access to EH, which is not required with your erly WORKR integration.

- Go to: Payroll > Manage Payroll (EH Payroll)
- Click on the Payroll Settings (tab) > Details > Pay Schedules > Add
