Overview

📨 Updating your Employee Details or Documents will send an email alert to the business/manager

By pressing the circle icon with the three dots (in the top right corner), you can access a menu to update and access various details relating to your profile.

  • Weekly Timesheets
  • My Documents
  • Administration Portal (link to web login)
  • My Employee Details
  • My Payslips (requires payroll module)
  • Manage Leave Requests
  • Update my Skills

My Documents

This section is used to store Training/Courses/Programs, Qualifications, Employment, and other documents.

  • Press the tab arrows to expand/collapse different categories (if any)
  • Press on a document name to view the uploaded attachment
  • Press on the + icon to add a new document

My Employee Details

This section can be used to update your personal details in your profile.

  • Name
  • DOB
  • Address
  • Contact Details
  • Emergency Contacts
  • Tax File Number
  • Superannuation
  • Bank Details
Update my Skills
  • Toggle available skills on/off by pressing Update my Skills (iOS)
  • Press each skill to select or unselect (blue = selected)
  • Press the Update button (iOS) or Save icon (Android) to update your skills
