Manage Channels
Channels are a great way to have multiple conversations with different teams or separate posts into different themes/categories.
Anyone can create a channel. However, staff can only edit channels they create themselves.
All users will only see public channels or private channels that they have been tagged in. These can be created from the app and web portal.

When creating, give your channel a name, optional description, and select staff (or leave blank to make it available for all staff).
If you tag staff, it will automatically make it private and visible only to the staff who have been selected.

You can also delete a channel from the web portal or app by editing the channel. Please note that if you do this, posts in this channel will no longer be accessible.
