Staff Logs
Every time an employee clocks in or out of their shift, records a lunch break, or checks in to a work location, the record is stored in the Staff Log.
Viewing Staff Logs
Use any combination of the following filters:
- Date (one day or a date range)
- Employee (one employee or everyone)
- Room or Location (Specific Room check-in or Work check-in/out times only)
Click 'Get Report' to see all records within the search criteria.
Logs will typically include the following:
- Name of employee
- Room/Location
- Status (e.g. checked in to work or signed into a room)
- Location Data (Requires locations services to be enabled for the app on the mobile device being used)
- Time
- Original Time (if adjusted in the timesheets)
- Difference (the amount of time adjusted)
- Notes (if the employee has left check-out messages in the app)
- Audit (if the record has been adjusted, by whom, and when)

Editing and Deleting Logs
From time to time, logs may need to be edited for the purpose of recording exact hours in the timesheet, or to correct if an employee has clocked incorrectly. In these instances, you can edit the exact clocking time (which preserves the original time in the audit column) or delete the record if it is supplementary to what is required to track the employee's times.
Logs can also be entered manually (using the green + icon) if a staff has forgotten to clock out of a shift.

Location Tracking
If the employee has clocked in/out or changed locations using the app (with location services enabled/allowed) then the location address is included with the log. You can plot these visually by pressing on the pink location marker to view the logs on the screen overlaid on the map
