Overview

How to roster for Paid Public Holidays (Not Worked) in erly & OWNA.

Roster

Shifts should be rostered as usual for public holidays (not converted to leave shifts or removed).
  • Optional: You can create a Public Holiday room/location for the roster to indicate staff don't need to clock in or out for this shift or come in to work.

Timesheets

  • Timesheets should be blank for that day with no sign in or out times.

Payroll

  • In the payroll module, the work type 'Public Holiday Not Worked' will be applied.
  • In the pay run it will show in the notes section.

Troubleshooting

  • Ensure staff have the 'Public Holiday Not Worked' Work Type selected in their profile.
