Offboarding/Terminating an Employee
Overview
When an employee leaves, there are a couple of places where you may need to update their details (depending on your configuration). Here we will go through what you need to do in each area.
1. erly Staff Profile
Go to Staff/HR > Manage Staff
- Click on the Action menu, then select Move to Offboarding
- Go to Recruitment/Onboarding > Offboarding
- Click on the Action menu, then select Edit Offboarding Details
- Update Offboarding Details
- Click on the Action menu, then select Deactivate
2. Payroll Profile
If you are using the KeyPay Payroll module, then you will also need to 'terminate' the employee after their final pay run.

3. OWNA Staff Profile
- Log in to your OWNA Admin Profile
- Go to Staff/HR > Manage Staff
- Click on the red button across from their name OR click on their name and press the Deactivate button (in the top right corner)
