Functions: Add, Edit & Delete Locations

Site Locations can be set up to set up different physical places where employees may be assigned to work. These locations are used for various filters throughout the system.

Payroll Configurations

Locations can be assigned to an Entity/Cost Centre by using the dropdown to select the entity name (entities are configured in the Entities/Cost Centres tab).

Once you have selected the Entity and updated the Location, click edit again to select a Payroll Location ID if your entity is linked to Employment Hero Payroll (via the Payroll Entity ID field).

Linking Locations to OWNA

The OWNA Centre ID can be provided by contacting erly support with the name of the centre in OWNA you want to link.

Assigning Staff to Locations

💻 Staff/HR > Manage Staff

  1. Click on a staff member's name
  2. Go to the Employment Details tab
  3. Select the Primary Location (if any)
  4. You can also select multiple Secondary locations (if any)
  5. Click Update Employment Details

💡 Staff profiles will be available to manage by managers at any of their linked locations!
