Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)

💡 Validate using your email first, then set up the authenticator app after logging in!

As part of our latest security update, MFA has been rolled out for all users logging in via the web portal (app to follow).

There are two methods you can use to authenticate your login.

1. Log in to the erly portal with your username and password
2. Select Email as the authentication method
3. Click Send Code to my Email
4. Check your inbox for the authentication email (make sure you check your junk mail inbox if you don't receive it)
5. Enter the code into erly
6. Click Validate my Code!

⏳ You will only have a 90-second window to enter the verification code!

1. Download and install your preferred Authenticator App (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, etc)
2. Log in to the erly portal with your username and password
3. Authenticate via email (using the above steps)
4. Click on your name (in the top right corner) from the dashboard screen
5. Select MFA Setup
6. Open the Authenticator App and scan the QR Code

🔓 The next time you sign in, you can select the Authenticator App option and add the 6-digit code from the app

1. Log in to the erly portal with your username and password
2. Select Authenticator App as the authentication method
1. Open your authenticator app
3. Enter the code into erly
4. Click Validate my Code!
