Unable to Access Payroll

Troubleshooting Guide

I can't see the Manage Payroll option in the menu...

This means you have not been given permission to access the Payroll Module in erly. please check with an erly Admin user at your organisation to ensure you have been given Payroll or Admin permission in your profile.

When I go to Manage Payroll it asks me to log in again...

When you have Payroll or Admin permission configured, erly will automatically authenticate your payroll access, so there is no need to log in again. Here are some steps to get it to reconnect:
  1. Logo out and back in again (if you can access payroll using a different browser or incognito mode, it means you need to do the following)
  2. Clear your Cookies & Cache
  3. Enable/Allow Third Party Cookies
