Functions

Staff/HR > Manage Staff

From the staff list, you can see all employees on one screen and perform the following actions:

  • Add staff 
  • View staff documents & training records
  • Filter staff list
  • Edit staff details
  • Deactivate staff 
  • Import Staff (see Adding Staff)
  • Export a list of staff

Filters

You can filter and sort your staff list using any combinations of the filter dropdown options:

  1. Current Staff / All Previous (Deactivated)
  2. Locations - configured under Manage Site Locations and assigned in the staff profiles
  3. Team/Room - configured under Rooms/Teams and assigned in the staff profiles
  4. Sort by - Name, Mgr Order, Staff Type, Locations, Room/Team

Deactivating & Re-activating Staff

To deactivate, press the red Deactivate button next to the staff name in the list.

Once staff have been deactivated, you can view and reactivate them by selecting the All Previous Staff filter, Get Report, then you will see a Re-Activate button next to the staff in the list.

Exporting

Click on the Export Staff Details to Excel button in the bottom right corner of the list. This will download a file containing a list of all employees (or your filtered view) with the following information:

  • Staff Name
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Emergency Contact
  • Emergency Contact No
  • Next Of Kin
