Email Campaigns

đź’» CRM > Campaign ManagerThis module allows you to send formatted email campaigns to groups of contacts or staff.Â
Create a Campaign
New Campaign
- Enter your Campaign details:
- Campaign Name (internal reference only)
- Sender's Email (the email will appear to be sent from this address)
- Sender's Name (the name will appear in their inbox)
- Email Subject
- Recipients
- Send to 'all subscribed contacts' in the Recipients group or untick to select a specific subset of tagged contacts
- Click Create Campaign
New From Templates
- Click on the Email Templates quick link (at the top of the screen)
- Click Use this Template under the format you want to use
- Edit your email content using the content editor
- Click Save Email Campaign
Build Campaign (editor)
Toolbar
- Drag and drop Content options from the toolbar on the right of the template builder
- Content can be separated into Columns (blocks) and Rows
- Fields with green star icons allow you to use AI to generate content
- When you drag and drop an option to the canvas, the toolbar dynamically updates to show the settings for your chosen option
- Click on the x in the top right corner to return to the main toolbar menu

Canvas
- Click in the blank space on either side of your content to select the Row
- New rows can be added using the plus icons above or below the selected row
- Rows can be formatted into columns using the Columns or Blocks tools
- You can move rows up or down by clicking on te blue move icon on the right
- Content can be customised with different formatting for Desktop and Mobile Views
- Click on the option on the canvas to open the menu, copy, or delete the field

Schedule or Send Emails
Send Test Email
- Go to the Manage Campaigns screen
- Click on the Action menu for the campaign you want to send
- Select Edit/Send Campaign
- Enter your email address(s) in the last field
- Click Send Test Email
Schedule Email
- Go to the Manage Campaigns screen
- Click on the Action menu for the campaign you want to send
- Select Edit/Send Campaign (ensure all details have been entered correctly)
- Enter the send date and time
- Click the Send button
Send Now
- Go to the Manage Campaigns screen
- Click on the Action menu for the campaign you want to send
- Select Edit/Send Campaign (ensure all details have been entered correctly)
- Click the Send button
View Campaign Stats
Click on the Campaign name in the list to view stats for:
- Number of recipients
- Who opened the email
- Who unsubscribed
- Who clicked on links/buttons in the email body
