User Access & Permissions
There are two areas in employee profiles where permissions can be assigned to users:
Personal Details tab:
- Category/Access Type field
- Staff
- Administrator
Linking & Permissions tab:
- Additional Staff Access & Permissions
- Customisable permissions by location or direct reports
1. Staff
- Limited Access
- Can view/upload their own profile & documentation via the app
2. Staff+
Staff can be given additional access and permissions to manage other staff at specific locations. This is for managers or team leaders who need to be able to add or update information for other staff at those locations.
- Can access other Staff profiles or perform specific functions at the locations where they can manage
- Staff+ cannot access any Admin profiles
Location Permissions
- Manage Staff Details
- View Staff Employment Details
- Manage Staff Documents
- Can View Staff Contracts
- Can Approve Staff Leave Requests
- Can Build Roster (functionality coming soon)
- Can See Roster Financials
- Can Approve Timesheets
- Recruitment Tracker
- Access to Onboarding
- Staff Inductions
- Staff Appraisals/Reviews
Modular Permissions
💡 These permissions are not restricted by the user's location!
- Email Campaigns (CRM)
- Quotes/Invoices
- Payroll - Staff can access the payroll module for all payroll entities
- Manage Contacts
- Manage Kudos
- Staff Meetings
- Subscriptions Tracker
3. Administrator
Their only restrictions are:
- Cannot view private documents and communications where they have not been tagged
- Cannot approve their own leave requests
- Cannot access any Super Admin profiles
4. Super Admin ⭐
💡 Can only be granted by erly support
Can approve their own leave requests
Profiles are locked from Staff+ and Admin users
